Hi, I’m Thomas.
By day I build mobile apps and software, but I’ve always had many parallel projects running. I like taking on ambitious challenges — whether that’s organizing long-distance hikes, coding my own video game (Martian Martin), or running ultramarathons just to see if I can.
This site is my personal corner of the web — a small antidote to social media. Here I write about the things I care about: hiking, cooking, game development, languages, and sometimes just reflections on life. You’ll also find plenty of photos from my time outdoors, my kitchen experiments, and progress updates from my creative projects.
I’m Dutch, living in Sweden, frugal but not cheap, vegetarian but picky. I don’t like bacon, I do like peanut butter. Everything with a P is good: pizza, potatoes, pancakes, pasta.
If you want something calmer than doomscrolling, welcome. This is my slow web space.
